Formed in 2002, this young group of young talented guys brought fresh, quality music straight out of Brick Kiln. With its first hit and strong Road March contender, "Spratt Water" off of their first album suitably labeled "The Journey Begins", the band was officially catapulted unto the federation s music scene in 2003. Continuing the journey, Odisi released its second album "Squeeze Dem" in 2004 for the Culturama festivities. Then in December the single "Bounce u partner" was released for St. Kitts Carnival. One year later, the "Solid as a Rock" album followed with even more hype than the first two albums. Singles like "Solid as a Rock", "Still Tramping" and "Summer Time" ruled the airwaves taking the Odisi Band to another level. The band has gained both national and regional recognition, performing for events such as a jam session at Next Level Club in Anguilla playing alongside Better Band in 2006, St. Kitts Green Valley Festival, numerous Culturama events, boat rides, beach bashes, parties and community events. Riding a wave of hits, the Odisi Band finally attained its greatest accomplishment to date; Road March Champions for Culturama 2006. The band sealed the deal (turned up de session) for Jouvert 2006 with "Can't Do It Like We" off of its 4th Album "Do It Like We". Hits, fans, jams and albums, The Odisi Band is making promising strides, providing quality music and is well poised for reaching international status.
